Overview:

Faith is recruiting for an established legal practice who are seeking a Paralegal to join its Trusts & Estates / Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy, hands-on role and working closely with experienced legal professionals.

The position would suit a candidate with existing paralegal experience in Private Client work, or someone in a similar role looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting fee earners with a range of Trusts & Estates and Private Client matters

Assisting with onboarding and supporting new and existing clients

Liaising regularly with clients and third parties, including beneficiaries, the Probate Registry and HM Revenue & Customs

Preparing and producing legal documentation such as letters, attendance notes, briefs and bills

Maintaining accurate records, case files and diaries

Ensuring work is completed efficiently and within agreed timeframes

Experience Required for This Role:

Previous experience within Private Client / Trusts & Estates work

Ability xjnqpsq to prepare, complete, analyse and interpret legal documentation

Experience using a case management system is desirable but not essential

Strong self-management and organisational skills

High level of attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Confident team player with a proactive approach

IT literate, with experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and digital dictation/audio software
