Legal PA - Commercial

Nottingham

Full Time - working a 35-hour working week - mature, professional approach, environment with flexibility.

Hybrid working - 2-3 days office

Annual Salary - £32,500 depending on skill set and experience + bonus

Are you an experienced Legal PA/Secretary looking to work for a highly prestigious law firm

Our client is a national law firm that offers a unique collection of specialisms across the commercial, public, health, and insurance sectors, with offices in all the major UK cities. They have long-standing relationships with an impressive range of clients and aim to truly understand their needs to deliver exceptional service truly.

This role is being offered on a permanent, hybrid basis. As the single point of contact for fee earners and the completion of their work, the role will undertake all aspects of the Practice Assistant role, or where appropriate, manage the workflow by utilizing Team Assistants and Shared Services, retaining ownership and accountability of all tasks through to completion.

What technical skills are required for someone to be successful and enjoy the role?

Experience of working in a legal or professional services environment

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

An aptitude for producing documents and client communications of the highest standard

Advanced knowledge of document management/case management systems Who would be a good fit for this role?

As part of the legal support team, you would be expected to have the following skills and experience:

An effective communicator with the ability to establish and build client relationships, striving to provide exceptional service at all times

Proven experience in managing administration services and resources, with a hands-on, practical approach

Effective at investigating issues and seeing a problem through to conclusion Conscientious, taking personal responsibility for own work and accountability for its delivery and quality.

Excellent team player, sharing in team goals to provide excellent quality and efficiency of service, with a willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges.
