London, Edinburgh or Glasgow / Hybrid

Full or Part Time

Hymans Robertson have an exciting opportunity to join their established Bids Team as a Bids Knowledge Coordinator, a role perfect for someone who’s proactive, detail‑driven, and passionate about organising knowledge in a way that empowers people and improves outcomes.

If you love turning information into something accessible, structured, and impactful and you’re curious about how AI can enhance knowledge management, this could be the ideal next step in your career.

As their Bids Knowledge Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in shaping how they manage, organise, and optimise their Bids Knowledge Base. Your work will directly support their bids process, helping them win new opportunities and continue delivering exceptional service to clients.

This is a varied role that blends content management, stakeholder collaboration, process improvement, and emerging AI tools. You'll be central to ensuring the Bids Team and wider firm has access to accurate, up‑to‑date, and AI‑friendly content.

Bids Knowledge Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

* Maintaining and enhancing the Bids Knowledge Base.

* Reviewing and updating case studies, credentials, and internal content with SMEs.

* Optimising content for AI compatibility and searchability.

* Implementing robust content governance processes.

* Driving innovation in knowledge management, including AI‑powered retrieval and deep research.

* Training colleagues and promoting knowledge‑base best practice.

* Managing enquiries via a shared mailbox.

* Identifying new business opportunities from tender alert services.

* Setting up SharePoint sites and coordinating bids meetings.

* Conducting due‑diligence checks.

* Developing a strong understanding of the firm’s propositions.

* Contributing to process improvements and continuous innovation.

Bids Knowledge Coordinator Key Skills & Experience:

* Experience in knowledge or content management (ideally within professional services or bids).

* Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

* High attention to detail and strong organisational ability.

* Confidence working with stakeholders across the business.

* Familiarity with knowledge systems (e.g., SharePoint).

* Understanding of how content interacts with AI tools (experience is a bonus).

* A growth mindset and interest in exploring emerging technology.

What Hymans Robertson Will Offer:

In addition to a competitive salary, they offer a flexible selection of employee benefits, so you can choose a package that best matches your lifestyle and needs:

* A collaborative and encouraging work environment where your thinking and ideas are encouraged. On site mental health and wellbeing assistance.

* A commitment to helping you develop both personally and professionally, with mentoring opportunities and access to our award-winning learning portal, Aspire.

* Regular social activities, in addition to three days paid volunteering leave each year and a day’s leave to celebrate your birthday. xjnqpsq

* Hybrid working so you can enjoy the positive wellbeing of working from home as well as the benefits of meeting colleagues in our sociable, modern office environments – with the expectation of two ‘in-office’ days per week.

* A flexible working window, allowing colleagues the freedom to work flexibly between the hours of 7am and 7pm.
