Hr Manager (part-time)

Description

Our client, an established firm of solicitors, with offices in Central London are currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team on a part-time, permanent basis.

Key Duties will include:

* Oversee recruitment processes

* Preparing and issuing contracts

* Provide advice and support to line managers on day-to-day employment issues

* Operate as the main contact point for more intricate employee relation matters while providing a high level of professional advice and support in matters associated with grievance, performance and discipline

* Oversee HR internal matters including but not limited to; on-boarding processes, monitoring employee attendance levels and review performance reviews to ensure the line managers to ensure operating standards are adhered

* Undertake disciplinary and grievance investigations

* Prepare reports for payroll

* Assist with policy updates and compliance reporting

The successful candidate will have:

* Demonstrable experience, ideally within professional services

* Good generalist HR experience, including Recruitment and On-boarding.

* Strong organisational and listening skills, patient and understanding.

* CIPD level 5 qualification essential, level 7 desirable

* Good IT skills, including HRIS desirable
