Our client is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing Property Team. They want a motivated candidate with some experience who’s ready to develop their skills, feel valued, and build a long-term career.

You’ll handle a broad range of residential property matters, work closely with supportive senior lawyers, and benefit from genuine opportunities to grow and progress.

Key Responsibilities for the Conveyancing Solicitor:

Manage a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.

Provide clear legal advice and support throughout the conveyancing process.

Carry out due diligence, including searches, title checks, and contract reviews.

Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties to keep transactions moving smoothly.

Draft required legal documents and correspondence.

Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all files and client communications. xjnqpsq
