Senior Paralegal - Residential Conveyancing

Location: Lincoln | Full-time | Office-based

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Paralegal to join a busy residential conveyancing team. The role is ideal for an experienced paralegal with strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage a complex caseload independently, while providing support to the wider team.

The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of the Law Society's Conveyancing Protocol and experience within the CQS framework, supporting the delivery of smooth and efficient residential property transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Managing and progressing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion, including:

Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

Remortgages

Transfers of equity

New-build transactions

Shared ownership schemes

Supporting fee earners with complex cases, ensuring timely and accurate documentation

Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, and other stakeholders

Conducting due diligence and reviewing title and property documentation

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files and key dates

Providing guidance and mentoring to junior paralegals or support staff

Contributing to process improvements and efficient workflow within the team

Skills and Attributes

Significant residential conveyancing experience, ideally at a senior paralegal level

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Commercial awareness and proactive problem-solving approach

Professional and client-focused with a personable manner

Ability to work collaboratively and support a busy team environment xjnqpsq

Knowledge of Proclaim or Perfect Portal advantageous
