Conveyancing Assistant - Durham

The role:
You'll provide dedicated support to fee earners throughout the residential conveyancing process, from instruction to completion. Key responsibilities include:
Drafting and preparing legal documents, including contracts, transfers, SDLTs and deeds
Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents and mortgage brokers
Managing case files and ensuring accurate records using case management systems
Assisting with exchanges and completions
About you:
Previous experience in conveyancing support or legal administration
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Confident using case management systems
