Description
Service Care Solutions is working with a well-regarded Local Authority, based in Lincolnshire, which needs a Contracts and Procurement Solicitor to join their team on a part-time basis.
Role: Contracts and Procurement Solicitor
Location: Lincolnshire – local authority
Umbrella Rate: £50 - £55ph
PAYE Inc. Rate: £44.10 - £48.44ph
Contract Length: 3 months ongoing – 22 to 25 hours per week
Key Requirements
Handle a mixed caseload of contracts and procurement law from start to completion. This will include services contracts, IT contracts, framework agreements, collaborative procurements, grant agreements and subsidy control.
Work collaboratively with the Local Authority, its partner District Councils and the recently created Combined County Authority.
Support junior members of the team as and when required.Key Requirements
Be a qualified Solicitor (in England and Wales) with 3+ years of PQE in Contracts and Procurement law.
Have strong public sector experience within a Commercial Legal team.
Be able to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits
