Description
Commercial Property Lawyer
Rate: £300-£400 per day - Negotiable DOE
Contract Length: 3-6-month initial contract
London Borough Council

Key Responsibilities
Manage a varied caseload of commercial property and regeneration matters.
Draft and negotiate a full range of agreements including:
Leases, licences, easements and wayleaves
Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
Development and regeneration agreements
Advise on CPOs, land law, and landlord & tenant matters.
About You
Be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or CILEX (England & Wales).
Have strong experience in commercial property and local government law.
Demonstrate expertise across land transactions and regeneration projects.
