Our client is looking for an experienced Legal Assistant

Legal assistant required for the social care and education team. Supporting solicitors in childcare, adult social care and education.

The position is part-time, 3 days a week Wednesday - Friday.

Experience working in a legal, family law or social care legal setting.

Hold a qualifying law degree or graduate diploma in law and practice or have substantial experience within the childcare legal sector

Knowledge of childcare law, family proceedings and court processes.

Experience drafting legal documents and correspondence.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.

High levels of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality.

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems. xjnqpsq
