Brief Description:
This is a beautiful, original limited edition Silkscreen on Paper by the celebrated French contemporary artist Linda Le Kinff (b. 1949).
The wonderfully vibrant and striking composition that depicts three elegantly dressed women arranged within a circular, almost Cubist-style composition, accompanied by a charming little black cat resting in the foreground.
The central female figure wears an attractive green and blue dress, whilst her two companions are portrayed in profile, one holding a slender cigarette.
Executed in Le Kinff's distinctive modernist style, the artwork combines graceful feminine forms, strong geometric shapes and a fabulous palette of vivid reds, turquoise blues, emerald greens, golden yellows and rich purple tones.
Hand-signed in pencil by the artist to the lower right and numbered HC 75/85 to the lower left, indicating a Hors Commerce edition of 85.
The work is beautifully presented within an exceptional quality contemporary gallery box-frame, featuring a rich dark wood finish, deep recessed white mount and elegant contrasting inner border.
A particularly attractive and highly decorative example of Le Kinff's work, beautifully combining sophisticated figurative subjects with bold contemporary colour.
A fabulous statement piece for any stylish interior and a wonderful addition to a collection of modern French art.
