A signed Alan Reed Artists proof 31/40 print, mounted and framed in excellent condition.
The print shows a scene of High Bridge in Newcastle. It captures the low sun on a winters afternoon. Figures darting about throughout the painting provide an important point of interest and create a strong sense of movement.

The Artist has drawn a Lantern and Turks Head Pub Sign in pencil on the bottom left of the print together with his signature and Artist’s proof 31/40 on the right, see photographs. The print is titled High Bridge Newcastle upon Tyne by Alan Reed. The ¬mounts and wash lines chosen to enhance the painting. Framed in a quality frame in gold tones. I believe the print was mounted and framed by the artist. Further information about Alan Reed is provided on the reverse of the print.
