I'm a very experienced painter/handyman (over 20 years) and am available immediately. Born in England I'm available for small or big jobs 7 days a week.
I charge £15ph or a day rate of £120.00 (a minimum of 8 hours). My minimum charge is £40.00
Typical prices for two coats of paint on the walls, ceilings and woodwork (not including window frames) are:
One bedroom £150
One bedroom flat £750
Two bedroom flat £900
Three bedroom house £1500
Labour only
Most times I can give a price based on pics or videos sent to me by WhatsApp or email. If I am still unsure I will arrange a viewing with you at a convenient time.
Many references available upon request.
Payment terms: Cash or bank transfer, payable before 6pm each day.
