Arranged a visit to discuss vital roof and gutter work to our home. Estimate agreed to start job. Wasted many precious weeks of good summer weather waiting. Contacted DC Property Maintenance once again to enquire about start date. Without any reply or response, therefore we opted for a more professional and committed builder. Poor show that wasted our time - 1 star feedback here.
