From the first contact with Max at Cody Homes Decorating, he was a pleasure to work with. We requested a quote to decorate our whole house - 3 storey, five bedroom, 3 bathrooms, kitchen diner, utility and downstairs WC. Max gave us advice on what we were looking for but did not force anything on us. He quoted quickly and when we accepted the quote he was very clear on the timelines and he stuck to them. While he was decorating, he was very tidy and kept us informed of what he was doing. I would highly recommend Max and Cody Home Decorating and will definitely use again for future projects.

Great job, worked hard and finished ahead of schedule, even added a few jobs to complete the finish. Prepared and painted my living room, ceiling to skirting including doors and radiator, looks perfect and in time for Christmas, I would highly recommend, good communication, respectful, tidy and professional.

I employed Max and Cody Homes to do a complete redecoration of my house. Max attended efficiently initially, was respectful of my request but also made some suggestions as input, most of which were accepted. A proper quotation was provided. The work was done promptly (starting earlier than planned, with my agreement) and took 2 weeks. The house was treated well with protection put down and furniture moved. The quality of the finish is superb and I’m very pleased. Along the way one or two items were found – missed requirements from me and some areas needing additional work (e.g. sealing). These were discussed and agreed before acceptance. The overall cost was very reasonable. Communications were very good.

Max, aided by Tyler, did a superb job decorating our 3 bedrooms, an en-suite and refinishing our front door (to a really high standard), all for a really competitive price. Great paint finish throughout - we're delighted and therefore thoroughly recommend Cody Homes Decorating. A bonus - unlike others we have employed over the years - they tidied and vacuumed each evening, and when completed, they left our house totally clean where they'd been working and helped move our furniture back before they left.
