Only used a couple of times, professional quality 900 watt precision cooker/sous vide cooker. Wi-fi enabled although facility never used. Produces fantastic results brining food to precise temperature in sealed bag cooked in water bath, ready for optional browning. Vacuum sealer included so you are ready to go.
