• The deposit will be deducted from your final balance
• Cancellations for any reason will result in the deposit being forfeited

• All equipment is used and may show signs of wear from regular hire
• Existing marks, scratches, and blemishes are considered normal wear and tear
• Existing marks, scratches, and blemishes do not qualify for refunds, discounts, or replacements
❌ Damage Responsibility
• Equipment is checked before release and upon return
• Customers are responsible for any loss, damage, or excessive wear during the hire period
• Repair or replacement costs may be charged where necessary

• A confirmed booking constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions
