Description
An interesting vintage Wilkins Patent garden sprayer or hose pump, thought to date from around 1895 -1900.
Rotary drive to reciprocating pump.
The red painted galvanized cylinder with the three feet has three holes in the base. I think it is designed to be stood in a rainwater cistern and when cranked caan de;liver water to various parts of the garden.
No hose, sprayer or other fitments.
Pump operates well and I have used it in the past to pump water.
Found in an outhouse when we bought the house and now sell this to help clear some space.
