1970's Vintage Porcelain Fish Brooch.
With a gilt back plate, pin & safety catch.
The back plate is positioned so that the brooch sits well & doesn't pull forward, see the photos.
In good undamaged wearable condition, just some fine age related crazing to the porcelain.
