Description
For spares or repair, 1989 2.1 petrol injection with corresponding 5 speed, Reimo conversion. Lovely engine and gearbox, interior a bit tired, front seats need re-upholstering. We`ve made a couple of round trips through europe with this and it hasn`t missed a beat. I`d go away in it tomorrow without hesitation if it weren`t for the rot in the rear chassis. Both trailing arms are very good, I had a couple shot blasted and powder coated for the mot a few years ago. Basically it`s a complete useable, running camper apart from the welding needed, which I am unable to carry out. It does need some serious welding, not just a patch. As can be seen in the photos (to follow), the inner trailing arm mount on the nearside has torn away from the chassis leg. It will probably need other patches and generally I think it`s fair to say the bodywork is starting to look a little tired and does need some attention. It`s priced according to the value of the engine, gearbox and trailing arms.
Paintwork looks grubby because it`s been parked under trees. I`ve tried to show the worst bits.
