5 months MOT, recent service, timing belt and water pump incl gearbox oil and filter replaced at 150K , good tyres all round, no fault codes showing, air con and heating all working well, great fuel economy 45mpg plus on long runs, retractable boot cover, sunroof fully functional. No rust. Known repairs required: drivers window not operating, ns drive shaft boot split and joint worn, juddery warm start (cold start works perfectly and reliably) ceiling lining to rear has come unstuck (suggest carpet lining as alternative), bodywork has a few scratches and a couple of small dents, rubber seal to drivers door electrics is split (aftermarket repair products available). This is a lovely car to drive with loads of boot and passenger space, climate control etc and runs great, I can’t get to the bottom of the juddery warm start but it’s been like that since we got it 2 years ago and hasn’t got worse. Medium mileage for an engine like this but at least as many to go! We have replaced the vehicle with a golf as we don’t travel much as a whole family anymore and I haven’t got the time or funds to sort out the issues myself so priced to sell.
