Description
I bought this car in 2022. I've done approximately 11-12k miles in my ownership. Oil and filter have been replaced every 6 months despite the low mileage.
Current MOT until jan 2026.
Tax isn't a killer, I need to check exact cost.
Main things completed in my ownership include:
30.9.22 / 137,240 Oil/Filter Service (5w40 Millers CFS NT+ and black JDM filter)
4.10.22 / 137,321 Gearbox and rear diff fluids changed (motul and millers)
22.10.22          Full underbody protection (rust inhibitor, 2 coats raptor bed liner)
26.10.22 / 137,420      timing belt kit and crack pulley, 6speed UJ bushes change to rectify gear change slop

7.6.25 / 148,243  Oil/Filter Service (5w40 Millers CFS NT+ and black JDM filter)
There is a pile of paperwork from previous owners too. I've never had it mapped myself, but there is evidence of this running around 310bhp in the paperwork.
It's never given me any problems in my ownership beyond what you would expect (wear tear items). Starts every time and has been very reliable for me.
Garmin 65w dash cam fitted which I'll leave in, along with the yakima whispbar/roofbars.
Paintwork could do with TLC as may be expected for a 2004 car, but it cleans up well still despite this. I had bought a whiteline front and rear anti roll bar kit and new mount kit - not yet
fitted/brand new. Currently cost around £700 even with whiteline's current 15% off. Never got round to fitting this, was going to begin refreshing some of the parts but other things took priority.
I will include this kit if I receive asking price, otherwise I'll be selling this on separately to recoup cost.
Stereo/speakers don't work properly. It has the original stereo with Minidisc player, but someone had messed on with speakers etc before I bought it. I've never investigated, I just make do with a bluetooth
speaker and spotify, but was one of those jobs on my list eventually.
Even have the original flare, though I'd need to dig this out as I don't keep it in the car.
It's not immaculate, and sure there are better examples out there if you're willing to pay the extra, but it's been a fun, reliable car for me with minimal problems in 3 years, and has been well maintained in that time, all oil changes having been done
by myself, and other work completed by AK automotive or, largely, Alyn at AS Performance. Most the work from previous owner appears to have been with TDR in the midlands.
Any questions please ask and I'll do my best.
