Selling as Spares or Repairs
Engine starts up great.
MOT has expired
When driving the engine misfires and black smoke comes from the exhaust.
As far as I'm aware the fuel injectors will need replacing this is the only thing I have narrowed it down to.
Before the injector issue, the car was running fine with no other issues.
Over the last 6 months parts replaced:
2 front tyres
New thermostat
New battery
Timing belt and water pump
The car has been off the road for a couple of months, due to someone hitting the back of the car.
The backend has somewhat buckled twisted, but didn't affect the handling of the car. Due to this the boot doesn't open.
All electrics work fine, no unwanted lights on dash.
Like I the car was running great with no issues.
Ideal for someone who has the time and a bit of money to do the repair.
The car has lots of service history receipts and MOT certificates.
It's covered just under 171000 miles
I turn the engine over daily and no issues starting.
