101,000 miles but engine changed in 2024 at 83k miles

I have owned the car for 2 years, not long after getting the can it threw a con rod and needed a replacement engine, I fitted a newer DNU model engine from a 2020 Cupra 300 with 18k miles on it at the same time replaced the clutch, flywheel and water pump.
So although the cars at 101k miles the engine has 40k on it with the clutch, flywheel and water pump only 20k.
The cars running a stage 1 map at around 350bhp with the following mods;
Racingline R600 induction kit, including turbo elbow and muffler delete
3” scorpion resonated cat back exhausted with black RS3 tips, also got theres delete pipe if you want it louder
Eibach springs
Polybush front wishbones
Whiteline rear antiroll bar
Uprated dog bone
EBC grooved disks, yellowstuff pads
Maxton rear spoiler & diffuser
TRC front splitter
New DCC struts and new Michelin PS4’s on the front
Alloys just refurbished
Just serviced last week
There’s probably more that I’ve forgotten about
