Description
I bought this car not too long ago as I liked the look of it. However there were a few things that needed doing - broken headlight glass, new wheel center caps and new 6 volt batteries. All of this has been done. The car was driven into the garage originally a few months ago and it would start on the old batteries when put on charge and run very well. Now I have bought new batteries that really turn over the engine, the car seems to want to start but I just can't get it running. I’m afraid I just don't have the expertise. So I have decided to pass it on to someone who knows more about engines than I do. This is sad as it is a nice looking car. The number is XXS 258. Why it was changed from the old AWL 68 is a mystery. The car under the old original number is recorded in the Morris Register The car would have to be trailered away. I will be taking a big loss on this car but it is too good to remain idle. It had an MOT under the previous reg AWL 68 until 03/07/2026.
