KTM SX125 2007 low use/hours long term owner

Reluctantly up for sale is my 2007 KTM 125 SX. I have owned this bike since 2017. The previous owner had the cylinder professionally relined, a new piston fitted, and fresh gaskets installed, putting just 6 hours on it before selling it to me.
Since 2017, I have rarely used it. It has been sat safely up in a dry shed for the last 6 years. It has a total of 14 hours give or take on the engine build. Not ridden hard as it was just for pottering around the farm. It is doing no good sitting around doing nothing, so reluctantly letting it go.

I have just fully recommissioned and serviced the bike so it is 100% ready for its new owner.

History:
Storage: Sat up dry for 6 years, keeping it in incredible, low-wear condition for its age.
Fuel System: Shock-cleaned with quality system cleaner to dissolve any fuel varnishing. The carb runs well.

Engine, Transmission & Maintenance:
Engine Build: roughly only 14 hours on a professionally relined barrel and piston.

Gear Selector: Brand new gear shift selector shaft and gear lever installed (replaced because the old splines were worn, shifting is now tight and perfect).

Fluids & Spark: Fresh engine oil, fresh coolant, and a brand new spark plug fitted.

Cosmetics & Upgrades:Plastics: Brand new decals recently fitted, giving the bike a modern look. Have a pack of spoke covers that came with the decals that I hadn't put on will come with the bike.

Controls: Upgraded Fatbars and a brand-new bar pad.

Seating: Brand new official ktm seat installed, as the acerbis x seat included when bought wasnt to my liking but will throw that in for free. The bike starts easily, runs brilliantly, and wants for nothing. It is a genuine, low-hour, long-term owned bike that hasn't been thrashed.
