“Betty” is a charming 1983 Bedford CF camper that has been a loyal adventure companion for many years. She’s named Betty, and she’s full of character — the kind of van that turns heads and starts conversations wherever she goes. I’m reluctantly selling her as I’m emigrating and can’t take her with me. She’s been all over Europe with me, creating memories from sunny campsites to winding mountain roads. She’s reliable, characterful, and has plenty of life left in her. She does need some TLC — she’s a proper project van for someone who wants to put their own stamp on her and bring her back to her full glory. Mechanically she’s been looked after, but she’d benefit from some cosmetic and maintenance work to make her shine again.
