Lovely charming item, was bought to go in a dolls house but didn't match the wooden furniture so was largely unused, left on top of a unit rather then in the dolls house! Excellent condition, really can't see any notable wear at all, might be a feint or minor mark if looking closely, it's in great condition and a great opportunity to save on buying new!
