Description
This is a power controller giving staggered turn-on for 11 power outlets, each following by a fraction of a second, starting with output 1. It should be 12 but output 9 is permanently off. Normally it would be configurable but the internal network module appears to be faulty so the settings cannot be altered with the browser interface TSL supplies. It is however still useable as a staggered power distribution unit e.g. to prevent the power-on surge when switching on multiple computers at once, or to turn on audio equipment in sequence to protect against pops. Each output is individually fused.
