Inputs/Outputs: It features three transformer-balanced XLR mic/line inputs and two transformer-balanced XLR mic/line outputs. It also includes both 1/4" and 3.5mm headphone outputs, a 3.5mm "Monitor In" jack, and a 3.5mm "Tape Out" jack.

Power: It can operate for at least 8 hours on two 9V alkaline batteries or from an external 12-30 VDC power source.

Phantom Power: The mixer supports both 48V and 12V phantom power for condenser microphones, as well as 12V T (A-B) power.

Audio Quality: It has an exceptionally low-noise design suitable for use with digital recording media, a dynamic range greater than 100 dB, and transformer-balanced I/O for superior rejection of RFI and hum.

Controls: Key controls include large, smooth analog gain knobs, switchable low-cut filters on each input, and dual-clutched Master gain controls. It also has a built-in 1 kHz tone oscillator for calibration.

Monitoring: The headphone monitor switch offers four modes (Left, Left + Right (Mono), Right, and Stereo) and a "Mix Bus" output allows cascading multiple FP33s for more inputs.
