Superb condition - drastically reduces
sounds, so ideal for private meetings, podcasts, playing music loud, or simply a quiet room - the benches and table come out with enough room for a single mattress. Quiet fans in roof. Light comes on when you enter. Electric plug panel. Heavy acoustic panels. The unit dismantles into 10 main pieces that will require two or three strong men to move. It is located up two flights of stairs in my central London loft, and all fits in a zipvan. I will not be able to assist in it's dismantling or removal. It cost £9600 and is two years old. I got it from an office that was downsizing - so a bargain - and check out all my other ads.
