Description
Tandberg Series 3000X reel to reel tape recorder.
This was a restoration project that I never got round to finishing. It's been majority recapped apart from the filter capacitors if I remember correctly and fitted with a replacement play/record head, and I'll include the original head along with a small bag of spare parts.
It does play tapes, but not particularly well, as I could never get the replacement head aligned properly. I'm sure someone with more experience will get it sorted.
Cosmetically it's in decent condition for its age, with the usual signs of use.
Sold as a project, so please assume it will need further work.
