Description

The Stockli Dehydrator with timer and three plastic mesh trays is an easy way to preserve fruits, vegetables and herbs naturally and to also make biltong or jerky from meat and fish, all in the comfort of your own home. It is also suitable for those following a raw food lifestyle as it features fine adjustment variable temperature control to allow low heat dehydrating. 

It is a vertically stacked food drying machine which takes up little space due to its small footprint and is perfect for those where space is at a premium. It comes with three round drying trays and is expandable to a total of ten trays, ideal for those who want to increase the quantity of food they can dehydrate without taking up more valuable worktop. A transparent lid allows you to see inside, it shows processing times for various foods and also acts as a handy timer mechanism by showing what time your food went in.

A variable temperature dial allows you to make incremental adjustments to select the perfect temperature to dry at with settings between 35°C and 70°C or 86°F and 158°F, this makes it ideal for those wanting to dehydrate at low temperatures to preserve the enzymes in the food and makes it suitable for raw food preparation.

A built-in 12 hour countdown timer allows you to set and go, great for dehydrating when you are out for the day or drying overnight. Constructed from BP-Free food-safe, taste-free polypropylene - it ensures consistent and delicate drying by actively circulating warm air through the trays. A built-in safety cut-out device stops the dehydrator over-heating if airflow is restricted and it is also fully CE certified. The Stockli dehydrator with timer is compatible with both the plastic and steel trays - so you could use a mixture of both if required.
