Shed, 12 x 8 with massive black pvc double glazed window in 1 side, solid floor (3 sections) treated with cresote underneath aswel as inside, sitting on 4x2 posts base & leveled on block, roof is felted & water tight with roofing felt but will need 2 rolls green mineral felt at £100 to complete, was to be a garden room for kids but showed no interest so selling cheap to clear out, £300 no offers buyer to dismantle & collect needs gone asapph only
