Very good condition, better than your normal hutch, it's rott proof, has nasa thermal in winter ,cool in summer cover over it and fly nett for summer .to stop fly strike
Has tube heater in sleeping bit, comes with ladders to come up or down 2 tier hutch
Has window inserts for protection at night time, and keeps wind /rain out solidly made cost £299 new last yr sadly my bunny has passed away just b4 Xmas and after 20yrs of having bunny's
