Good condition. Cleaned. Virtually silent. When plugged in the water pump works continuously. Blue light means there is enough water, red light means it needs refilling (water level visible through front). When off, leaves a pool of water on the top white lid so pets can still drink. Rubber mat for catching spills/providing a stable surface. Motor cover is simple snap on/off plastic lid that can be opened by hand for maintenance.
