• see photos for condition (tiny minor marks)
• scratchers in great condition cat hardly used them
• scroll through photo’s one shows all the measurements
• added sticky carpet bits to the wood in some areas as was slippery for my cat to climb when she was little but you can remove them if you want to I’m sure the adhesive will wipe off no problem
