A beautiful pair of handcrafted ceramic mini wall plaques featuring traditional celestial sun and moon designs.
I originally bought these as a souvenir in the Canary Islands. They are made in Spain by a pottery studio called Cercolón and are fully stamped on the back as completely hand-painted.
They have a really nice, unique look to them. The sun plaque has a bright, smooth gloss finish with raised detailing. The moon plaque features a soft, textured sand-paint finish mixed with glossy details on the stars and planets.
The plaques have built-in hanging holes on the back so they are ready to mount on a wall, but they also look great sitting upright on small plate display stands on a shelf. Both are in perfect condition with no chips, cracks, or scratches.
