Description
Singer/Songwriters wanted to perform at Mauchlines Holy Fair on 30th May 2026. Must be an original composition. PA provided on a small staged area. This is to encoursge local musicians to perform their own material. Its not a competition but simply an opportunity to play in front of an audience and gain experience. All levels can apply. Age irrelevant. Hosted by a local Songwriter. So please be encouraged to apply. No fee as its a community event but good fun and a great way to meet others on a similar musical journey. Go to Mauchline Holy Fairs’ Website and scroll down ( see 2nd photo) and hit the Discover More button. You will see an email address there ( it starts with hello@) please send in lyrics of song(s) you wish to perform and contact information and a brief description of yourself/ style etc. We will then be in touch. So dont delay apply today. 1000’s of people attend the Fair every year to enjoy live music, Poetry , local craft stalls and the funfair. Main picture is of the Main Stage! Dont worry it wont be that size of audience..as the Songwriters Stage is in small & open intimate space and is ideal for a smaller audience. Any questions then do get in touch. Thanks for reading.🎸
