Description
This introductory session is designed for anyone interested in learning the accordion,
with a focus on welcoming new members to the club.
Participants will leam the basics of playing the accordion, including an explanation of the bas
buttons. The club will have spare accordions available for attendees to try out during the
session.
A key prerequisite for joining the workshop and the club is the ability to read music (just vocal melody lines will suffice) and familiarity with a piano keyboard. All participants will receive a tutorial booklet to take home.
The North Somerset Accordion Club is actively seeking new members to join their community of musicians. This workshop offers a perfect opportunity to meet current members and discover the joy of playing the accordion.
