Bass Player Wanted – Funk / Disco Band

Description

We're looking for a skilled bass player to join our established funk and disco band.

The bass is a massive part of what we do, so we're looking for someone with strong groove, solid timing, and the ability to really lock in with the drummer. This isn't a role for a casual player or someone who's just looking to dabble—we're after someone who enjoys the challenge of playing tight, energetic funk and disco lines.

We're all experienced musicians, but we also all have jobs and lives outside the band. We're not aiming to gig every weekend or rehearse constantly. We typically rehearse around twice a month, expect everyone to come prepared, and play regular paid gigs throughout the year. It's a great balance for someone who wants to play quality music at a high standard without the commitment of a full-time band.
