It is powered by a powerful 4-stroke single-cylinder engine that produces a maximum power output of 46.9 bhp and a maximum torque of 44.5 Nm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission that is smooth and easy to shift. The AC 525 X is built on a lightweight and rigid steel frame that provides excellent handling and stability.

The motorcycle comes with a high-end suspension setup, featuring an adjustable inverted front fork and a rear monoshock. The suspension provides a comfortable ride, even on rough roads. The braking system on the AC 525 X is top-notch, with dual front and rear disc brakes providing great stopping power.
