Description

I have worked with all ages and provide a safe, inclusive and open environment where I work collaboratively with all clients in a true partnership built on trust.

My mission is to help people grow both personally and professionally, from school pupils to senior executives. My testimonials range from 14-64 years of age.

I focus mainly on career transition as well as building confidence, plus addressing issues such as a lack of self esteem or imposter syndrome.

Also, I am well able to coach leadership clients based on a career leading people in diverse and high pressure environments.

I also work with ADHD clients from the age of 8 as its impact is greater in the teen years for many reasons. I have an accredited Award in ADHD Coaching. In addition I support adult clients too, all in differing worlds, both men and women.

I’m globally accredited by the EMCC as a Senior Practitioner and have helped people for over 7 years through coaching and mentoring.

Right from the introductory meeting Adam and I were on the same page and got on really well. Having just started at university I was lacking direction and had lost my way in terms of keeping up with the workload. By using a vision board, amongst other tools, I physically set out my path for the future. This sparked a new-found passion and motivation to achieve success and fulfilment. Meeting each month ensured I stayed on track with this and could be honest in how I thought I was doing. Creating a positive routine for myself has really helped me to feel in control and like I am making meaningful steps towards my future, whilst still having enjoying what 1st year uni has to offer! I would highly recommend Adam to anyone.
