I wanted to give a huge shout out to Mark for organising my 50th Birthday celebrations. From concept to execution the whole experience was handled flawlessly. Firstly the flights, so many different departure times, airports and arrival times for myself and the guests, Mark organised all with a calmness and professionalism that just gives you total faith in his approach, even when my own flight was delayed on arrival for 4 hours Mark was never flustered and had a contingency in place. The Villa that had been booked for the first part of the trip was impeccable and the location, transport links, facilities and grounds were of the highest standard, again filling you with confidence. On the remaining days of the first part of the trip, Jet Skis were organised for the day time and was once again all handled brilliantly by Mark leaving nothing else for us all to do other than pay and meet at the dock. Evening entertainment was always suggested but never pushed, I particularly enjoy this approach as it left the guests and myself feeling free to choose how we spent our evenings, but due to Marks extensive research I have to say his suggestions were on the money every time. Finally, the hotel that Mark had researched and booked for the final part of the trip, which was just for my Fiancé and me, was an amazing find and was the perfect place to spend the last few days of what had been an unforgettable birthday. Mark has been a genuine pleasure to deal with, his professionalism and calm approach really does put you at ease and his communication is prompt, understanding and always flexible and I genuinely can’t speak highly enough of him or the service he provides.

Living in the UAE, organising a large family celebration of approximately 125 guests in the UK could easily have been stressful, but Mark made the entire experience feel smooth, organised, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. For our parents’ 80th birthday and anniversary celebration, Mark coordinated the whole event for us — from helping source and select the venue, to organising the caterers, DJ, lighting, florist, and venue décor. He also handled troubleshooting behind the scenes on the day and added thoughtful personal touches that made the occasion feel extra special for both the adults and children alike. Communication throughout was excellent, which was incredibly important when planning everything remotely from overseas. We always felt informed, reassured, and confident that everything was under control. What impressed me most was Mark’s calm, professional, and hands-on approach. He managed the suppliers and overall delivery of the event seamlessly, allowing the whole family to relax and fully enjoy such an important celebration together. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone looking for someone reliable, organised, and thoughtful to help plan and coordinate a truly memorable event.
