I worked with Ally during a period of career transition after 14 years scaling a management consultancy. I had lots of ideas but little clarity, had experienced a period of burnout, and was trying to work out what I wanted next. I spoke with several coaches and, having worked with a coach before, knew how important fit was. Although Ally had a different career background to me, something about his style, energy, and ethos stood out. While I initially approached Ally for help with a career transition, he quickly recognised that the work needed to go deeper. We focused on values, life and career direction, and how I wanted to show up more broadly — not just professionally, but as a whole person. That shift made the work far more meaningful and valuable. I now have direction, more confidence, and a framework to consider opportunities and decisions more holistically. Most importantly, I feel more comfortable showing up as myself. As I move into a new role, I’ve chosen to continue working with Ally, which says a lot about the value I’ve found in his coaching. I would recommend Ally without hesitation. The 10 week Self Mastery programme was such a valuable experience. It was engaging, insightful, and packed with practical tools and strategies that I’ve already started using in both my personal and professional life. What made it even better was the remote format where it brought together people from all over the UK, and it was amazing how strong the connections became. Many of us have stayed in touch even after the programme ended, which says a lot about the community it helped create. One of the biggest takeaways for me was gaining a better understanding of myself; especially where my energy goes and how it’s affected by different things. Having access to coaches throughout the week was a huge bonus too. They were always there if I had questions or wanted some extra exercises to go deeper. Overall, it was a really eye opening and supportive journey, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to work on themselves and grow.
