I am writing this testimonial for Gareth Penrhyn who is a Mindset/ Life Coach. I was looking for a Mindset coach to give me direction and structure in my life. One of my ambitions and dreams is to become a Tennis Coach and with Gareth’s support I have achieved my LTA 1 Core Tennis Qualification, completed my first Aid and now coach Clients for Tennis. Throughout the morning sessions with Gareth he as coached me to, whilst before use to dwell on subjects , i am now more motivated to organise myself for the day ahead which helps me structure my day more with my tennis sessions/business and work. The session really go deep about yourself looking at how to deal with your emotions,this has made me stop, think and breath about the way I go about things. With Gareth’s help I have changed the way I how I see myself and have changed my outlook on life. I feel I have more discipline, I am more open minded, more patient and nowhere as hard on myself. I am more focused. I chip away at my actions and life goals now with purpose and direction rather than looking for a quick fix. I have more peace of mind and more positive about my ambitions moving forward. Additionally I am way less distracted and influenced by outside factors and others peoples opinions and feel like I am truly being myself. I am really appreciate Gareth’s Coaching and I continue to work with him as I move forward and I can’t recommend him enough for anyone looking to change their life and have lasting change.
