silent diesel generator krafthertz similar to kipor, needs new piston but only 80 hours on clock.

I bought this five years ago as will not start. They were right, it would not.
Not even with easy start.

It's been five hard and distracting years, but this week I dismantled the head to have a look.

Long story short, someone who fitted the injector dropped the spacer into the manifold, I'm surprised it made 80 hours..
It will need a piston 50-70 quid, a gasket set, an injector washer £5.oo and someone who's willing to tolerate the sheer filth of working on this engine.
Currently, it's dismantled as far as needed to be done to get the head off, it all looks very good except for the piston as you'd expect with only 80 hours on it. ALL parts have been retained mostly in numbered plastic bags, it goes back in reverse order, the screws are with the right bits etc. (I've worked on aeroplanes in a previous life)
Buyer will need a van and two strong blokes to load it, plus me.

I CAN put it back together fairly quickly while you wait after money has changed hands, but if I do it before then the buyer doesn;t get to inspect the actual dmage and general condition of the engine.

The battery is NBG now, but I'll figure out a way of energising the hour meter and starter tomorrow and also take some pictures..
At least the fault isn't concealed with this one, and we all know how much a running one costs..

Engine is a KM186FA being a copy of the Yanmar L100. I can provide data that I've collected, service information etc. if required. Bring a usb stick to save me rummaging for one?

Generator has single phase output, plus 12volts, electric start, remote terminal etc.
