Fees can also be paid quarterly and are £754.60.
Caravans have a lifetime contract as long as kept in good condition.
Electricity is on a meter and how much depends on your usage, cost is billed quarterly.
Gas comes from 47kg cylinders of which there are two, and refills are £95.00 per cylinder.
Maintenance is the owners duty.
11 month season however when closed in February residents can still stay at weekends from Friday 18.00 until Monday 10.00.
