2025 site fees were £6105. Park is open from 1st March - 30th November. Caravans have no age limit. Lots of activities on park, plus owner events and owner discounts on food, drink and paid park activities.
Would ideally like to sell before the end of August to recoup some of 2025 site fees. If it doesn't sell before then, will be looking to sell at the end of October.
