Based on a caravan chassis, Songbirds is a contemporary shepherds hut. Rented out for two seasons with Sykes and almost fully booked for that time, it is now sadly for sale. It comes complete with decking and everything internally to get a business up and running. It was fully renovated in 2025 with everything bought new, rewired and a pumped hot and cold water system installed.

A 5ft bed can be converted to a table and seating for 4 if required, however there is an additional fold down table for more practical use. The bed has foam cushions plus two luxury toppers to make nights sleep blissful. All bedding is included; 2 mattress protectors, 2 duvets covers, and 4 pillow cases as well as 2.5, 4.5 and 7 tog duvets plus 2 William Morris design throws, 4 navy bath sheets and hand towels, curtains, black out blind and fly screen. There are 3 waxed shelves with ornate brackets plus a wall TV. Both internet and TV aerials are included. There is ample storage below the bed.

The main dining area has hooks and wall dresser for plates and other throws (2 additional for outside use) plus a feature log effect fire. There are two Lloyd Loom white chairs and a white Ikea drop down table.

The kitchen is cleverly positioned and includes a hob, convection microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge with ice box. All cooking pans, glassware, cutlery and china are included. A drop down flap allows for more kitchen working space with cupboards above and below. The large stainless sink is on the other side.

The separate bathroom consists of power shower, heater, basin with cupboard, mirror and toilet.

It will be available at the end of a busy season in early October. Transport can be arranged at your cost.
